1、 Installation and disassembly of the host: The installation of the host refers to fixing the host to a wrist strap for the convenience of users. Its operation method is very simple, just plug the USB on the host into the corresponding interface of the wrist strap and press the lock to fix it. If you want to remove the host, you should first bend the wrist strap diagonally downwards to eject the host, and then remove the host.

2、 Synchronize data

1. Mobile devices: Firstly, we need to download the corresponding application software on the mobile device. The software used for different smart bracelets varies, and you can check it yourself in the manual. After installation, open the application and register a new account (or log in to an existing account). After logging in, click on "Search for a bracelet" in the interface (the bracelet host must be activated). After searching for the bracelet, enter the pairing code to pair it and click the complete button. Then, we input relevant personal information on our phone, save it, enter the "Personal" interface, open the bracelet, and wait for data synchronization.

2. Computer: Firstly, we also need to download and install the corresponding software on the computer. Then run the software, check the USB of the host to the computer interface, and register an account to log in. If there is a prompt in the computer saying 'bracelet successfully connected', we can enable the 'sync data' function in the software interface.

3、 Daily use

Normally, all we need to wear is a bracelet, which can automatically record and display our movements. If we want to switch between a certain function or mode, we just need to press the corresponding button on the bracelet.
